Dance Classes are Back!
June 22, Dance classes are permitted to return under strict conditions! Read below to find out what this means for you!
Stage 3 Easing of Restrictions
With instruction to follow the safety guidelines from the government, along with advice from AusDance, Australian Institute of Sport, Department of Health, and VicServices, we're looking at a reopen in LIMITED capacity.
Reduced Class Sizes
As advised by the above groups, venues will be allowed to open with a maximum of 20 people in a venue, and a maximum of 10 people in a group.
In other words, we will be able to run two small classes of 10 students per class.
That means that we won't see the large, popular and vibrant classes that we've grown to love, for a while yet...reports indicate that we could be looking at stage 4 or 5 (dates unannounced) before we could be looking at large gatherings again.
Pre-Register a Spot in Class

No-Contact Classes
Unfortunately, classes will need to be only solo-based classes (no partners) due to the rules, for the time being. That means we'll be learning Salsa and Bachata SOLO moves for now. (We anticipate partner dancing being allowed to return in the next stage of easing.)
It also means no-contact at the admin desk. No cash or EFTPOS payments taken, only online pre-booking and pre-purchase accepted.

Pre-Register a Spot in ClassPre-Register a Spot in Class
Due to the restricted class size and the high demand, it's highly recommended that you pre-register interest in the class. We'll prioritise those who have pre-registered for spots.
Note: Pre-Registering unfortunately does not guarantee a spot, but we will do our best to accommodate as many as possible.
