What do I wear?
This is probably the most frequently asked question!
You don't need to wear anything specific--anything you're comfortable in!
Most people come in casual clothing, but some wear work attire (straight from work), and others wear activewear/workout clothing.
As for shoes, we recommend flats or sneakers! Heels are OK if you're comfortable in them, but they're definitely not necessary for a beginners class!
